I am currently in search of a source for the little white GM SPO option booklets. I have contacted averyone I can think of through GM, D.B.C., zone, fullfillment center... I also contacted Helm, to no avail. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has SUCCESSFULLY obtained these booklets.
thanks for the help!

Thanks Richard, what I really need is to identify the source of the option booklets themselves. I know there are other sources for the VIN, RPO information, but these booklets are handy, portable and convienient to use. We are spread out over four square blocks and a computer is just not viable at some times.
Thanks for the reply!

FOR WHAT IT IS WORTH I ACQUIRED THESE BOOKLETS THRU DBC BY FIRST REQUESTING MATERIAL CONTROL # "CHEV034" WHICH IS THE GM PRODUCTION OPTION BOOKLET ORDER FORM. THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT BY YOUR PARTS DEPT MANAGER AND FAXED IN BY HIM. IT TOOK ALOT OF FOLLOW UP ON MY END, BUT I RECEIVED AT LEAST 25 NEW 1999 BOOKLETS LAST JUNE. IN FACT I STILL HAVE EXTRAS...

GOODLUCK.

Try your Goodwrench Service Plus rep. That is where mine came from.

Thanks rex, thats a great site! And good work on that program, I've covered it with my Parts Mgr, it's a good resource. -PEZEK, thanks for the info, this looks like the path of least resistance, I've already contacted and ordered from, this contact! -WARREN, Yes this is one more way I'm sure we will all miss the training centers! No, we are sill working with the 1996 version of the booklets. -Misky, I've heard several times from different sources thatthe Goodwrench Service Plus reps can get/do things out of the realm of "Lesser" reps, however we are not a GSP dealer.
I really appreciate all the response on this, it's good to know there are others out there willing to help. Thanks again!
