GM and retail tire stores

Thru GMSPO, GM will be setting up dealerships who want to have a in-house tire store. Supoosiedly we should be able to sell any tire that GM uses and purchase them at the same price the tire stores purchase. We have requested to be a pilot in our area. this is not a new thing; I believe Ford has been doing it for years. I am interested in the opinions of any Ford dealers out there on the pros and cons. It sounds good now and look forward starting the program next year. Has anybody else been contacted about this program??
