Does anyone out there have an effective walk around form that they are using that you can e-mail to me? Please and thank you

I'm surprised you've received no response so far. But, I'm glad that you brought it up since it caused me create a system for it at our shop.
We have a form for each car which includes certain vehicle info, a courtesy inspection, a prioritized estimating area, and a few other things that we want done every time.
I selected several items from the courtesy inspection which can be easily looked at by the service advisor and highlighted them (bold) on the form so he/she can grab a form and do a quick walkaround with the customer.
This looks to have some good potential. We will experiment with it when the weather improves.

If you have a fax #, I can send you a walk around form I developed for some dealerships I consult with. It can easily be redone to fit your needs. Most manufacturers have a form they suggest, but some can be a bit too time consuming to be realistic.
That would be great! I really appreciate that my fax is 810-230-6156

You bet! I'll fax it to you in the morning. You might not see me posting for a bit, I'll be on the road presenting the new Pontiac G8 and Vibe. If anyone else would like the form, please let me know and I'll try to get it to you. Walk arounds ARE important and will help sell work and build up the customer relationship. Don't let the advisors slack on doing them.
