CCC Pathways

We have used CCC Pathways for years with relatively few glitchs. About 3 months ago we updated to version 4.5 and have had nothing but problems. They have has us reload, replace and so on and yet the problems continue. As with all software companies they say we are the only ones. Is anyone esle having problems?
