Posted: Fri Oct 16, 2009 4:28 pm90 days. All new hires are on 90-day probation and can be terminated at any point. We also reserve the right to send them back for a drug test with no notice during that period without any reasonable cause. (The drug policy has to do with being part of Drug Free TN/Zero Tolorace compliance).
