Hi Guys,
Does any body offer Vehicle Pickup and delivery of cars via Truck? If so how do you handle this on a daily basis and who is doing the Shutteling for you?
We are thinking of getting a Pickup and delivery system implementet and need some info as of Customer upsell agreement via Tel., customer Pay via Tel., etc. Does any body deal with a situation like this? What else could be done to retain customers and keep the Bays filled?

Here is what we do.

We have two valets who do nothing but pickup vehicles all day long. They may take a "loaner" vehicle to the customer, or they may be simply picking up the vehicle at the customer's place of employment. Either way, our NCD packs $200/unit sold to offset the expense of these valet's/pickups.

We are a 6 franchise store, Volvo, Saab, VW, Pontiac, GMC Truck and Jeep. Hopefully, this insight has been of assistance
