C.S.I. pay

Once again, it is a new year and we are looking at new pay structures. Does anyone have a good C.S.I. pay plans. We have already put our advisors on one...but want to put technicians, team leaders, cashiers, porters and greeters on the same type of plan ( without causing a payroll nightmare). Any suggestions?

Most plans I've seen for techs tops out monthly at a $200 bonus with a sliding scale up to that point. As always, you can decide what levels are obtainable, which are desireable, and which are likely. I suggest having a minimum acceptable standard as well.

While I agree to a point by putting this in the pay plans of cashiers and greeters, porters seem outside the sphere of influence of a customer's satsifaction.
