New GM P&P manual

I was able to look through the new P&P today, but has anyone had problems saving it to your hard drive so you don't need to sign in everytime you want to look at it? Let me know if you've tried.

I think it was a matter of the new manual file being so big compared to year's past -- the old computer and slow connection I was working on was just choking on download.

New GM P&P manual

I had a problem downloading the manual on my computer too. I ended up taking a pack of paper and a new black ink cartridge home with me so, I could print it out on my newer computer. Took a long time, but I think it was well worth it. There are so many changes for 2006 plus the addition of Saab that I refer to it constantly. Then if theres a change, you can just print that section and replace it in your binder. Its also nice to have a P&P binder to grab on the fly. Maybe Im a bit of a nerd, but I like to read through mine on the weekends at home.

Rob, it took a while, but got er dun!!
once downloaded, I put in my documents or the C drive, then create a short cut to my desk top. I will then be able to pop it on when needed.
Took 15 mins + -
I then take and burn it to disc and put it on the S/M's and warranty clerks PC.
