Lube Technician/Body Techs Pay Setup

I searched forum and couldn't find my answer..

So I have a question for setting up new Technicians and Body Techs to DMS and Accounting for GM Financial Statement.

Previously we just had Flat Rate Technicians and a Working Body Shop Manager. The flat rate hours were setup in Work-in-Process and $5 of the Body Shop Manager Rate went to WIP.

Now we are adding Lube Technicians and an hourly Body Shop Technician. Are Lube Technicians and Body Shop Techs, costed out at their hourly rate to the statement same as the Flate Rate technicians?

How do you guys have it setup? Any resource I can look into to find out what the standards are?
