Loaner/Rental Fleet SOP anyone?

Guy got an E-Mail from my GM about our loaners. Seems one was received by our Service Dept. and the GM found it this morning in parking with a window down and the key just stapled to the RO and Rental Agreement in the Service Office.

This got a nice little E-Mail sent to me, which asked for me to come up with a good SOP for my guys to follow regarding Rental/Loaner check-in. My question is, does anyone have a good guideline/SOP wrote up that they would be willing to share that I could use to modify and fit our dealers needs? I am not against writing up my own from scratch, but I am sure some of you have a good foolproof version out there in place that works.
