Has anyone been able to get a warranty claim with recall 14350 paid?
I have spoken with the DBC more than once and each time there is another reason why the claim cannot be processed. Just curious if we are alone on this or if others are having the same issue.

Time = .4 rlhrs
Reject - Base labour hours exceed the allowance for labour code 9100755
Reject - Reject 081 cannot be authorized and must be corrected
The current reason being given is that the recall is not fully loaded to IVH
Previous reason included the bulletin wasn't in SI, therefore, we were not supposed to have performed the recall. We obtained the bulletin from the Global Connect message releasing the service procedure.
