What is everyone paying their technicians these days? I am interested and hearing what everyone is paying each level of tech. I am a shop at Ford, Lincoln, Kia dealership. Thanks for input

express tech pay is 13.00 b-c level tech-18.00-26.00 a level tech is 30-34 an hour

Rural area - tech pay $11 to $23 per hour

We pay .3 for LOF ----- .7 for LOF/Rotate
