ADP hours to sell

Does anyone out there do a great job with scheduling appointments in ADP using hours to sell.
It appears as most stores just book by appointment numbers rather than hours available.

From what i am told R and R does a much better job in calculating hours to sell based on priority , carry over , skills ,
technician availability , work schedule etc. And ADP comes up short.....really short. or perhaps i just have not met a good ADP
hours to sell user yet.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
