Looking for some ideas to help motivate and give a pat on the back to my staff. For the techs perhaps something like a monthly contest that gives a gift certificate to the tech with the highest fixed right the first time Csi score. Maybe something to my advisors for highest ELR. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
