Aluminium Labour Rates?

I would not talk to the ins. co thay will try to cheat you down lower than you need to be. If your the only one with the training I say you name your price if not do your own survey and see what others are doing so you can be the same. State Farm will take the lowest price and tell you it is prevailing rate in your area. Remember that is a big ROI to make up for.
