Question for Service Managers

I am a new service manager, was adviser for a time, pretty much settled in and trying to find out exactly what SM's get as spiffs what programs are there I know I am enrolled thru earnpower but is there others I need to check on?
Called GMprograminfo talked to 3 differant ppl and got 3 differant response's.
