I am trying to make a list of all the warranty reports available by manufacturer. Here is a list I just kind of started. What does your factory use to tell you how and how much your shop has spent.

General Motors - Dealer/Peer Analysis
Ford - 126/GWMS Reports
Chrysler - POPPS
VW/Audi - VWhub Warranty Reports CPVS lists
BMW - Dealer Warranty Performance Report
Hyundai - Warranty Trending Overview (WPR518)
Warranty Performance Overview (WPR514)
Component Group Analysis (WPR522)

VW also provides a list of most used part-identifiers with the total cost of the monthly repairs for each type of repair.
There is also a list that separates just the goodwill repairs against Area,Region and National CPV.

Rob,
MB-USA has a report titled Warranty Scorecard in their Netstar application that gives us all pertinent KPI's (cost per vehicle serviced, parts cost per, labor cost per, goodwill expense, etc, etc.)by repair category with a drill-down capability by claim for excessive parts, excessive labor damage codes, overstandard usage of damage codes, etc.
It is extremely detailed, even to include a diagnostic trouble tree for overstandard categories. Let me know if you have any questions.
