Just took over Fixed Op's in a Chevy Store and am learning GM Warranty after 25 years of Chrysler. Coding and claim submission is fairly straight forward with the Global System. My question is how do you verify labor op coverages? For example I am assuming that a diesel fuel injection pump on a 2005 1500 truck is cover for 5 years and 100k miles with a $100 deductible but how do I confirm this? I saw in the LTG a code "D"and a code "E" & a code "E1" but where do I find the definition of these codes?
