I'm trying to submit this pdi accessory claim and keep getting this error message.
Am I doing something wrong?


Error 084 : The Additional Published Time supplemental labour hours is not allowed for labour code Z6998.
Error 243 : Reject 084 cannot be authorized and must be corrected.

If you are talking about the install shouldn't it be an Ixxxx labor operation from the front of the LTG > Dealer Installed Accessories? Maybe I read the question wrong

Is an RPO option or sold afterwards?

Check the VIN to be sure it is in IVH.

A couple of months ago we had some trucks delivered where the VIN didn't show up in IVH and neither PDI or option installation would pay.

If it is there check and see if the option code states Dealer Installed. If it does it should pay.

I assume you are using claim type ZPDI?

Is this a Business Choice deal? The paperwork comes in looking like an LPO but it really isn't. Labor credit will come in across your parts statement.

thanks for all the help....GM is still pretty foreign to me, I can do Chrysler in my sleep. Learning where to find the information is more then half the battle, and this site is a great tool.

After more investigating, it is the wrong vin# on this repair.
