The 'new and improved' ACES manual pg 3A-7 now states that we are eligible to claim hazardous material disposal fees with certain ESP/QCM claims. Has anyone started doing this? Is there a formula you are using or are you using what you charge on your retail claims? We are charging 1% parts up to $5 on retail claims and started to use that for my QCM claims but was wondering if that was in-line or not.
