With all the economic woes, I'm wondering how warranty administrators are doing, since the forum has been unusually quiet. Pay cuts, lay-offs, or, as in my case, being assigned the jobs that the laid-off folks did? Warranty is down, not surprising, since sales are off; so how ARE we doing??

I am filing and doing Saturday cashiering. Along with also being the Five Star Coordinator. I am also one of those that usually has two or more warranty gigs. That is down to one. I lost a Kia dealer in October(out of business) and a consulting gig in Sept(Out of business also).

I'm doing fine 31 years Labor Day 2009 yes warranties have been down some. But the dealer was nervous before Dec about making sure everything was submitted and paid quickly. Warranties 95%-100% paid and less than 7 days old. I don't think you can get much better with H routing claims. Nothing over 2 weeks old

what cost is on this particular Saturn part (Part-no. 15223618 handle)or any other Saturn exclusive part.
Any guidance would be appreciated.???
