Report Printing for Follow-up

I am creating a new customer follow-up procedure for my company. I can print a "Sold by analysis report" which gives me the previous days closed reports, which is great.

I need to be able to print a report that shows simply warranty work done and when the customer actually picked up their vehicle. Is there such a report in SDS?

Another question: Does Serti have a customer relationship module? it would be much easier to develop this new process if we could do it electronically.

What we do here is use a copy of the Warranty Payments Report along with a copy of the customer invoice for customer follow up. Seems to work reasonably well as long as the claims are submitted on a daily/timely basis.
