As a result of these recent events, effective immediately, Infomedia has suspended any payments due for the Microcat EPC for any dealers affected by the hurricane.
We understand the amount of work that will be required to get even the most basic of services operational. As such, dealers will not be asked to pay for any outstanding invoices or for systems being used until the dealership is fully operational again. Infomedia will wait to be advised of this by each individual dealer.
We will also continue to arrange for Microcat to be shipped to you during this time and these systems will all be at no charge during this period.
If any of the affected dealerships are able to utilize laptop computers or home PCs as part of their skeleton service, we can supply you new security dongles and disks and you will be up and running as quickly as possible.
We have proactively attempted to identify those dealers that are most impacted based on maps of the affected areas but will honor a request from any dealer in the affected area. While we are aware of the general area of damage, we do not assume to know the conditions of dealers in surrounding areas.
The team at Infomedia want to make it as easy as possible to get your businesses back on line again and servicing your customers.
Do not hesitate to call on our team for any assistance you may need.
Our thoughts are with you at this time.
Sincerely yours,
Gary Martin Mark Kujacznski
CEO Vice President
