The following questions are directed to the Dealer Principal, General Manager, CFO, Comptroller and Office Managers.

Are you satisfied with your current DMS service department application?

Do you view your current DMS service application as an expense, or an investment?

If you view it as an investment, what factual information from your DMS do you extract to support your response?

In the future, are you planning on staying with ADP, Reynolds or UCS?

If not, for which reasons would you consider another brand DMS?
