I have developed a computer program that reconciles floorplan accounts (billing statement to general ledger). It works fine with my dealership, but I would like to test it on other dealerships. Feel free to send an email attachment(s) that shows a list of cars (serial number or last 8), together with the amount floored, for both accounts (books and flooring statement), and I will return a completed reconciliation at no cost.

File downloads are typically readily accessible through your DMS for the dealerships books, and through the floorplan company's website for your billing statement. Feel free to send the complete file and I will select the appropriate inputs. If both records show the date floored, the program will also compare dates to test whether you are being billed for cars before they are funded and/or after they are paid off. All info provided to me is strictly confidential and I'll reply with completed attachments only to the email address sending the input files.
