Accountins is going to control the tags.
1. Black tags will be issued to sales management who will issue and log
2. Red tags will be issued to finance management, who will issue and log.
3. Blue tags will be issued to billing, who will issue and log.
Tags will be distributed in blocks of 25 or 50, depending on the type of tag. Additional tags will be issued upon return of the log sheet documenting the use of the tags.
Sort of like running petty cash.
