I am trying to decipher some information on the compass report. What I need to know from you GM acct people is who's salaries do you put in supervisors? Here they are putting the advisors and the warranty clerk along with the service manager. It would seem that standard GM acct calls for the service manager only in this acct. I just wondered becaus we are way out of wack compared to other dealers.

Advisors should be in other a/c 23 and warr clerk should be in clerical a/c 22

Svc supervision should be only svc mgr and possibly some % of general mgr
