Aged Unit Solution

I work with a planned sales event company. I would simply like to find out how dealers feel about the services that are provided with such companies. Especially I would like to know what improvements they would like to see and what the most common problems are. We feel that a decrease in management fees along with an incentive to move aged units would be a win-win situation for our teams and for the dealers. Input?
