Internet purchasing

I posted a response on the web retailing post but haven't gotten a response. We have been approached by a company that provides an online purchasing service for supplies, equipment, forms etc. Has anyone else used a service like this, or even considered it. Please give us information on pros/cons and if any of you have had experience with this type of service.
