get a page when a lead comes in?

I'm fairly new to my dealerships IT dept. I read somewhere that I can get a page sent to my cell phone when a lead/appt is made on our site, which would come in handy if I'm not near my desk at the time. Where can I get more info on this?

Check out the filters on your e-mail. I know that Yahoo will allow you to set up an alert to a pager or cell phone. Get with the IT person at your dealership. They can most likely do this the quickest. Good Luck.

You can check with your CRM/Web provider to see if they integrate with Blackberry/Trio etc to have alert sent. I know the AVV does this with Blackberry.
