In regards to the question separate department?

A separate department empowered to handle customers in a A to Z fashion is a must to truly see substantial success with the interent.

Secondly, in our case we deliver about 75 cars per month. We hired 4 NON-car guys and taught them the GOOD things about car sales etc. Their CSI scores are much higher than the floor sales staff.... their gross is within a hundred bucks or so of the floor staff and we deliver 75 to 85 cars per month.

No question, we pay the bills plus!
