Used Car Warranty Programms

I am an marketing executive of a South African warranty company which develops and administers used car and new car warranty programms for a large percentage of the South African market. I am interested to find out more about other countries warranty products. ie. How they are structured, what is covered by the policy, what "Additional Benefits" are included, commissions paid to the seller as well as premiums charged.
