The amount you would spend would depend on your profit. You need to find what works and what doesnt. I know a GM dealer that spends 6k monthly and bearly breaks even. And then i know of a Mopar guy that spends 2500 monhtly and profits 10-15k monthly.
But beware, there are alot of scams out there. Anyone that promises you results, stay away from..

I think it would all depend on your target market and the overall goals of the website. Either way you should spend at least a couple of hundred of dollars a month.

It's like asking "How much I should eat to stop being hungry?"

You will just feel it, man.

The same here. You can slow down spending money only when you see the results of your advertising campaigns: leads, calls, visitors, sales, or any performance indicators that are crucial for your business. If you don't see the results of your money being spent, change a marketing company (find some more nutritious food).
