Trade Evaluation in No-Haggle Deals

Some of our lead generators require we have a 'No-Haggle' price available if a Customer requests it. How are dealers handling the trade evaluation for these deals? If we drop to bottom line on our price, there is no room for upping the value of the trade to make the deal. Is this an issue with any of you?

Dave, you will make MORE with no-haggle pricing on the trade-in if you do it right. I always figure if i have to do all the extra paperwork for a trade-in, I'm at least going to steal it by $2-300 or more to make up for the hassle.
