What could you tell me about cyber-squatting. Is there presently a bill to not allow cyber
squatting? How will that affect dealers and or individuals who use a manufactures name
for there web site?

Whle not an authority on the subject, I understand that if someone has captured a trademark name, legal action can be taken to get them to surrender the URL.

A copyright/trademark attorney could comment on this more directly. The pending legislation could help, but apparently there are legal protections already in place.
