Anybody have any ideas on how to attract more used car traffic? I'm doing pretty well with new but I just can't seem to attract the used car customers. Anybody have anything that will help me?

You need photos of your used inventory online. Really. Some people might tell you that you don't really need them, but dealers who do well with used on the internet have photos of used online.

I'm not sure which inventory management system you're using to post your vehicles to the web, but some of them will allow you to add photos ... find out if yours does, if so, use it


(I also noticed when I visited your site that I had to scroll sideways to see the list, even at 1028 x 724 resolution, it was worse at 800 x 600 -- this is a very *bad* thing, see if your web master can fix this.. it matters!)
