Success Stats

I am preparing some information for a seminar and I am looking for some stats. I don't need names but it would be great to know the area.
Here is what I need...
Average leads per month, per quarter, last year.
Are you using an auto responder?
What is your average response time?
What is the prospects average response time back to you?
What is your closing ratio?
What is your average profit per copy?
What percent of total store sales does your department represent?
I know it is a lot of questions but I don't see where we are getting good data to present to our clients, or our bosses.

Thanks Matt. It's interesting that we asked some of the same questions to our client base and came out with almost identical results for your 1999 and 2000 stats.
Your presentation is very good. That is the kind of information I am looking to pole from this forum.

I have some data for a program that I just started in a New Store in August It's a stand alone Jeep Store in New Braunfels, TX.

Is that too new?

We have some pretty powerful stats from JD Powers, Jupiter, and Eccentric but they are not car guys. We are looking for data that is working right now - today.
