Hi All,

I just rented a movie called "Suckers". It is the most true-to-life look at a dealership I have ever seen on film. Dealers should all give thanks that it did not get a lot of advertising behind it. It will give you a good idea of why some people would rather deal over the internet than come into the dealership. Be sure to see the extra features on the DVD titled "How not to get screwed when you buy a car".

I just saw the movie a couple of weeks ago and wrote a column about it. It will be in the November issue of Ward's - in our Road to NADA section. It's also on the web site in the same section.

It was a funny - but scary - movie. Makes me not to want to buy my next car from a dealer!
