CRM Software input

Howdy all.
I was just wondering if anyone has some insight to three different CRM solutions we are currently looking at. The three we are interested in are:

Dealerview & Serviceview from Automotive Expertise Services
Prospector from Cobalt
Auto-Vision from DIVA

If anyone has any input on any of the above, we would love to hear it. We are using ADP ARG Dealerline for our dealership.

P.S. We are not interested in hearing from any other vendors at this time, thanks.

Don't know too much about anyone but Cobalt on your list there. I have checked out their site and am very impressed. I don't think I would use half of what they have on there but anything is better then a paper log! the problem I see is that you have to have buy in with your folks. People got to use it to make it work. There is one thing that I love about cobalt now. They call it eCare, their support team. Now I'm no good at that html crap and too lazy to change up the site too much, but it is real nice to have them folks there to help me out. I'm sure that would be the same with prospector. Also something that works my leads from the internet, ups, and service that's powerful. Shoot I believe that it would take some time it get the swing of it but any CRM would be a great tool if folks would use it. Good luck and let us know how it all works outs.
