Did you forget about your Web site?
Heres an interesting story. Im sitting with a dealerships fixed-operations manager. The conversation leads to his difficulty recruiting a few more Technicians to fill his shop and relieve his backlog of pending appointments.
He estimated that hes losing about $ 600.00 a day per vacant stall. He tells me he has spent about $ 1200.00 in classified help wanted advertisements within the local newspaper and had very little luck competing against the other 10 or so local dealers placing ads to recruit.
Hes not sure what to do next.
Out of curiosity I log-on to his stores Web site, low and behold in their employment application section it said, Currently No available positions.
