Opening additional store

We are opening another store in our group - for the first time since we converted to ADP. In the old days on R&R, I could "copy" a set of prefixed account numbers over to a new general ledger, then just change the prefix on the accounts to my new store's prefix.
I am told with ADP, I must start from scratch and manually enter all new account numbers - is this the case?

There are a few circumstances that need to be known for me to answer with certainty, but there are ways to do what you're asking.

We have 5 "locations" but only use 1 "store" in ADP - all accounts are prefixed by location, which gives me a lot of flexibility in financial reporting.
