EDS Phone lines Down?

Hello, this is Jason Wilhelm from Alaska Sales and Service, in Anchorage, Alaska. I was just wondering if anyone else is having problems contacting EDS today (8/8/01). I have been trying to call 1(800)633-6323 for about a half hour, and all I get is a fast busy. I am able to dial other long distance numbers, and 800 numbers. Any help would be great.

Jason, I just tried and got through, maybe the circuits from AK are just busy?

Due to severe heat in the metro-Detroit area, our community experienced a power outage that effected our phone switch. The problem was repaired within several hours, and the customer interaction center was back on-line and taking calls from our clients.
