Adding Printers to EZ Forms?

Can anyone give me a little help on this? I have contacted EDS, but we keep playing phone tag...all I need are the instructions...Emailed or faxed to me, I know just enough about the system to keep myself in hot water......

ALSO...which product do most of you prefer to pull information from the AS400, Seagull's Jaywalk, or Rumba? Or, is there something better that I can use?

Richard, in your question you asked about pulling information from the AS/400. I don't recommend either Seagull or Rumba, as these are applications that change the presentation layer of the applications.

If you are trying to pull data from the AS/400, you can use either query or we have a product that is designed specifically for this use called Executive Assistant. EA is a data mining tool that extracts data from the system and allows the user to import that data into many common off the shelf applications like Microsoft Excel, Word, Lotus 1-2-3, etc. This is a very powerful tool and has been rated as the best data mining/report generating tool in the marketplace by groups such as Sandi Jerome Computer Consulting. The product is not very expensive and for a 'power' user such as yourself would be well used.

Richard, it is my understanding that you worked with one of our representatives at our customer interaction center and they resolved the issue of adding a printer to EZForms. I am awaiting information to post here that advises how this can be done by a customer, if that is possible, or if it requires assistance of the EDS team.

Yeah, I got that one done, but the office manager added another one yesterday. Can I get help on that one now?Same brand and Model Printer, the IP ends in .141 and the printer will be take the place of printer PE. I can get this printer in place pretty quickly, but until I know for sure that I am getting assitance, I have to wait to move the old solution (Dumb Terminal and a 2380).
