Yes, the moderator is now home. I was out at NADA for the past 8 days and was unable to check this forum due to time constraints. We are looking into this today.

Please keep in mind that this is not the best place to post an issue if you are seeking immediate attention, our call center is better equipped to handle day-to-day issues, but I am happy to assist via the forum if you understand that there are times when delays may be a factor of life.

To answer my own question, and to share the info with the other users of this forum;

**You MUST have admin priveledges to do this task, do not attempt to do this without ADMIN priveledge!!!**

go to a command line. type 'go master'.
type '11' this will take you to the Parts Setup screen
Type '3' this will take you to the Parts Customazation screen
You will need to enter a valid parts employee #, and the Parts override password.
On the right column, near the bottom (approx the 5th one from the bottom, change the Rapid Locator to 'N'. This will stop your automatic rapid nightly load. Hope this helps.

Richard, a bit of additional information that may help others to understand what is happening...

This error message means that Rapid is no longer accepting LC7's, due to the fact that this data is now sent via D2D/OEConnect to Digital Motor Works. The dealership needs to turn off Locator flag in PIM03, option 15.

Hope this helps.
