ADP CRM HELP !!!!

Is any one an expert on ADP CRM besides the crm support line
we are looking for the expert on ADP CRM who is a "car guy" and uses it in there eveyday operations
we have recently started a BDC center and have found all types of leaks in the system
for customer not getting follow up tasks and many other issues.....
