I am using ARG and have for over 15 years in both partsline and serviceline and am having a hard time with this "pilot" software update for RIM users. My problem is that I am at our KIA dealership. When I S/O a part, it reserves 1 in special order and then when it is filled and billed, I get a negitive on hand w/ 1 reserved. Then have to call ADP and have a resync done. 2 of those in a row had failed. This morning the report was 3 pages of ajustments.
Any one have a sugestion?
