I am using ARG and have for over 15 years in both partsline and serviceline and am having a hard time with this "pilot" software update for RIM users. My problem is that I am at our KIA dealership. When I S/O a part, it reserves 1 in special order and then when it is filled and billed, I get a negitive on hand w/ 1 reserved. Then have to call ADP and have a resync done. 2 of those in a row had failed. This morning the report was 3 pages of ajustments.
Any one have a sugestion?

They are aware of the problem. The only remedy is to call and schedule an order/reserve quantity resync daily. They will finally get tired of you calling and do it daily. Good luck.

The ARG team is very aware of this issue and I should have an update shortly.

02/13 - this is being aggressively worked on for repair and will be dowloaded on a PTF. I am awaiting on a date for release but believe it is in QA testing at this time.

I am being told the fixes to this problem will be released within the next week. Please let me know if your issue(s) are not addressed by the PTF's being loaded/sent.
