Has anyone besides me noticed that ADP seems to be lagging further and further behind on having updated pricing and part number changes on their most current version of the manufacturer's update? We have Mazda and Saab; the Mazda seems to run a minimum of 30 days behind the R&R dealers for having the updated info; with Saab it is even worse -- 60-90 days later than the R&R dealers. We are sure getting tired of having to manually research and price new numbers and part number changes.
ADP tries to blame it on the manufacturer (same old song and dance they have always used when faced with a problem). Cannot be the manufacturer when all have the updated info made available to them at the same time; and R&R is current and ADP is not.
What gives? For what we pay a month to lag this far behind is inexcusable. Anyone else care to share similar experiences?
