Richard, just to clarify, I am not and have never been President of this Division of EDS. I am the V.P. of Marketing and Business Development. The President of the Automotive Retail Group is Karen Blunden.
In response to your question about
DMS@NET.NG, EDS is in the process of ensuring that all of our clients have access and are experiencing the benefits of our most recent product offerings (from both a software and hardware perspective). We have spent a great deal of time analyzing data that has been collected through conversations and surveys in order to design a set of offerings that will ensure our clients (and prospects) have the right tools to support their business enterprise in the Digital Age.
In addition to evaluating the portfolio of offerings that we are bringing to the market, we have re-designed our contractual Terms & Conditions to make them easy to understand, as well as making our pricing very straight forward and direct.
Through these changes (which we will be communicating to clients on a phased-in roll-out schedule over the next 6-months), we are confident that every customer of ours will see increased value in our go-to-market strategy.
