computer contract bidding

Is there anyone who is familiar with the Paul Gillrie Institue that can provide feedback as to your experience with them or if you would recommend them. We are currently with ADP and our contract comes up for renewal in 12 months. We are not really looking to switch vendors, but feel we should get a much better deal this time around. Can anyone recommend anyone else that assists in the negotiating and aquiring of computer contracts?

I have worked with Paul and his company on numerous occasions. It is my understanding that Paul's company provides several services. The first is that The Gillrie Institue will review your current billing and recommend ways that you may be able to reduce your monthly bill with your DMS provider. The second is that Paul will help you to understand your system needs and then will assist in identifying which offerings will best match your business operations and needs. Paul will help you to solicit information from the providers in regards to developing a proposal as well as will advise what he and his team believe are 'fair' prices for each offering. Paul and his firm work with hundreds of dealers per year as well as other firms such as Sandi Jerome Computer Consulting or the TriMac group. If interested I can supply contact names and information for any of these three firms.
