Goodbye CDK
Posted: Fri Mar 31, 2017 10:26 pmIt has been a nightmarish 5 years on your total trainwreck of a DMS. I'm glad to be going to a good system again (and I would consider 3x5 cards a better system than CDK). I have a case that has plagued me for 4 years, and nobody seemed to ever want to fix it. I hope you poor guys stuck on CDK don't get the run around I got over this defect. Here's the last exchange over it. Took 3 days to get the response that R&D has it queued for review....not repair....review....

It's a defect. Defect # 377977. Pretty ridiclous that you cant't fix a 4 yr old issue.
